太和艺术空间是由国内著名艺术经纪人、《艺术收藏》杂志主编贾廷峰先生于2009年6月创立，位于798艺术区2号院中心地段。太和艺术空间致力于构建一个“新当代”的独立艺术价值判断体系，寻找和推广具有“新当代”精神又兼具原创性的艺术家（“新当代”即是在深谙中国传统底蕴和西方先锋艺术语言的基础上兼具人文关怀，以一种质朴的叙事方式来表达艺术理想的生活态度），着重挖掘、推广在艺术领域里默默耕耘的艺术家。
空间是50年代初由苏联援建、东德负责设计建造具有包豪斯风格的排架大跨式厂房改建而成，展厅面积420平米，纵高5米，展线逾100米。绿色植物排满整栋建筑。空间以中国红和灰色为主色调装饰而成，别具魅力。
空间内设展示空间、图书数据室、艺术咖啡书吧、画廊、艺术衍生品商店等。
TaiHe Art Gallery, located in the central area of the 798 Art Zone, was founded in June 2009 by Mr. Jia Tingfen, the famous Art Dealer in China and the Chief Editor of Art Collection. TaiHe Art Gallery dedicates itself to the establishment of the independent system of value judgment for the New Contemporary, searching and promoting the artists and work of art that embody the spirit of New Contemporary. As a concept of art, New Contemporary requires artist to deeply understand the soul of the Chinese tradition, to well know the language of the western art pioneers, to have both the human solicitude and independent spirit, and to express her/his expectation on art and view on the world in a simple and unadorned way.
